To ensure your project runs smoothly, MEEN Design follows a very intuitive process to make sure the journey is as smooth as your pick-up lines.
this is how we roll:
First Inital “Chat” & Meeting
We will set up a time to meet face-to-face, or simply have a quick FaceTime or Skype call. We introduce ourselves, you introduce yourself. We get to know a little about each other and our businesses and exactly what it is you’re looking to get out of MEEN Design.
After our initial chat, we’ll have a pretty good idea of what you’re about, but we’re still gonna blow up your inbox with more questions anyway. We’ll provide you with a detailed questionnaire that will help us understand your business better and will help us to build a strong foundation for your brand from the very beginning. This ensures we never loose sight of your vision along the journey. When you’re done with the questionnaire, we’ll review your answers in full detail and follow up with another meeting to review and to chat about any last minute details.
Contract / Quote
We may be fun, but we like to be legit too. After our first initial chat, we’ll be sending you a nice little formal (and legally binding) agreement, which simply protects and outlines how the business relationship will work, how the project will proceed, as well as any downfalls that may happen during the design process. Once the agreement has been signed, we’ll follow up with a quote outlining the project specifications and price points.
Sketching, Conceptualizing, Development
This is where the real fun begins. We’ll look into all the collected research from our client meeting and questionnaires, and we’ll begin to develop a mood board for your business’ persona. Then we’ll put on some music and conceptualize the heck outta it by outlining rough concepts and sketches. This will probably be way more fun for us than it will be for you. Just saying.
After we conceptualize and develop your business’ vision and come up with some wicked ideas, we’ll present them to you. We’ll have three different styles ready for show and each style will have a different design based off all the collected research. We’ll also outline the mood board, typefaces and colour palettes just so you know what works (and doesn’t work) if you decide to switch things up later.
This is where you object if you find something you don’t quite like. After we present to you, you’ll have a chance to voice your opinions, and depending what they are, further revisions to the concepts and design will be made to meet your business’ needs and expectations. We want you to like us, but more importantly, we want you to love what we created for you.
Final Deliverables & Invoice
We package all your final files ensuring that the files are set up neat and tidy for future use and different platforms. Final files will be delivered through Google Drive or Dropbox and then we’ll send the final invoice of the remaining balanced owed. Pretty straight forward.
Guess what? The job doesn’t end once you pay the final bill. Should you have any design-related questions pop-up, or any additional services that you’d like to add in the future, we are always available to offer our assistance!
The big day. All concepts and revisions have been signed off on and whether it's a new logo you want to share with the world, or a brochure design that is ready for print; the design is being brought to actuality
